Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds: Since our soaps are personal care items, we only accept returns/refunds if the product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Process: To claim a refund, please send an unboxing video and photos of the damaged product to ayurhasti@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
